Tom has successfully participated in all stages of the development process including as a developer, general contractor and real estate transactions in the land banking, land packaging, land development, building development sectors.

Our company Sales and Disposition team includes our real estate brokerage lead by Timothy “Tim” Bogeajis. Tim is Vice President of sales and acquisitions, heads the Ground Development Corp. real estate brokerage. This includes fully vetting every acquisition, monitoring the entitlement process, marketing and the sale/disposition of the acquisition. is a native Floridian and licensed Real Estate Broker as well as a Certified International Property Specialist.
